The origins of the Babylatte

Babylatte was founded in 2022 by a mother who, like any new parent, encountered inconveniences and challenges, during an already intensive period in itself. 

Our founder gave birth to a premature daughter in July 2020. During this period she purchased a similar machine to support her in providing sufficient nutrition during the initiation of breastfeeding. 

At this stage she noticed that these and other machines could not guarantee accuracy in the proportions of the milk bottle. Tests she personally conducted showed that there was often a significant difference between the doses. 

Accuracy with feeding is something that is very important for babies, and especially for premature children. The first phase of a child often brings uncertainties for parents. As a parent, you must therefore be able to rely on equipment that you purchase for the care of your baby. This is the main reason why she started looking for a way to change this. In addition, she encountered inconveniences when preparing the night bottle, so a solution was also devised for this. 

She also decided that the information provision and installation support could be improved. In a way that makes it easy for the parent, without leaving out functions on the machine. 

This is how the idea for the Babylatte was born. 

Accuracy
Babylatte guarantees accuracy through the calibration option that allows you as a user to weigh the water and milk powder. You can set the calibration results via the digital display. Our instructional videos explain step by step how these actions can be performed. 

The night bottle
In addition, our founder thought that it would be helpful, especially for the night bottle, to provide the Babylatte with a sensor, which lights up in the dark when used, and the option to operate the machine from your smartphone. This saves time and effort, allowing you as a parent to enjoy your night's sleep more, which can be a challenge, especially during the first phase after birth. 

Accessible price
Another key point for our founder is the price. Babylatte makes it possible to benefit from support and convenience during the challenging baby years at an accessible price. 

Compact design
Finally, the design has also been taken into account. The Babylatte is more compact than comparable machines without sacrificing the capacity of the water tank and powder container. The machine is comparable in two different colors, so that it can be matched to the interior.
